  • The gluing line is manually fed line by operator
  • After the cutting of the filter block, the customer can decide for (not included in the offer):
    • stacker for the filter
    • conveyor
    • manipulator
    • sorting table
  •  The side tape is fed from a roller magazine (both sides)
  • The side tape is easy to change
  • The height of the glue head is fast and easy
  • The cutting heads (pneumatic) are covered by safe guards
  • All moving parts are covered
  • Colour of line according to customer specifications
  • Speed 10-20 m/min

The filter dimensions:

  • max width of the filter 600 mm (can be modified)
  • minimum width 100 mm
  • max length of filter 800 mm (can be modified)
  • pleat/tape hight from 20-60 mm
