HYDRAULIC OIL FILTER SEAM GLUING LINE

PROAMTEC PAT FG 600-15 GLUING LINE:

This gluing station (PAT PENDING) will ramp up your production dramatically compared to traditional production methods of hydraulic oil filters. The cycle time on the PAT FG 600-13 is from 15-35 seconds per filter (depending on length and press time). This line is very agile and can easily be moved to different locations.

Components:

  • 2 independant gluing stations
  • 2 independant gluing guns
  • touch screen control panel to adjust the length of the filter seam
  • easy positioning of filter mesh in the gluing station
  • adjustable gluing speed
  • adjustable press time for optimum working cycle
  • optional hand gun for gluing special/long filter seams (not included in price)

Filter dimensions (can be modified to customer spec):

  • length 600 mm
  • inner diameter from 50-150 and 150-250 mm (has to be specified)
  • pleat hight 10-15 mm

Gluing system:

  • hot melt unit with 4 kg Teflon coated tank for easy cleaning
  • melt on demand tank for minimum degradation of hot melt
  • Gear pump for precise application (adjustable speed)
  • 2 hose/gun exits
  • 2 x 1,2 meter heated hoses
  • 2 x automatic glue guns, with 24 VDC solenoids
  • 2 x 2 0,8 mm dia nozzles
  • glue beads 4-8 gr/m
